As a founding member of the Disha Foundation of Canada, Vardhini plays a key role in program development, strategic planning, and collaborative outreach. Her leadership is rooted in a belief that infrastructure isn’t just about physical systems, but about people — and how thoughtfully designed environments can empower and connect communities.
Beyond her engineering career, Vardhini is a passionate advocate for arts, heritage, and cultural expression.
